Which Mangools plan do you actually need?
Summary
For most people the answer comes down to rank tracking. Basic tracks 200 keywords and Premium 700, both updated weekly, while only Agency tracks daily, with 1,500 keywords. Paid monthly, the plans cost $61, $81 and $141, and a year paid up front brings that down to $37.70, $52.70 and $97.70 a month.
Start with how many rankings you track
Mangools counts desktop and mobile as separate trackings. One keyword for one domain on both devices uses two slots, so Basic's 200 becomes 100 if you want both views and Premium's 700 becomes 350. The number of domains isn't capped on any plan.
Update speed is the other split. Basic and Premium refresh rankings once a week. If you need daily positions, Agency is the only option at $141 a month. The rank tracking guide compares what daily updates cost at other vendors.
Daily lookups
Keyword research and SERP analysis come in daily allowances: 100 of each on Basic, 500 on Premium and 1,200 on Agency. Site analysis runs 20, 70 and 150 a day. Backlink data is monthly: 100,000 rows, 500,000 and 1.2 million.
The 24-hour window starts with your first request. Importing your own keyword list into KWFinder counts as one lookup, and results you pulled recently are cached and don't count again.
Seats
Basic has no extra seats. Premium allows three and Agency five. Sub-users share the parent account's limits, so adding people doesn't add lookups or tracked keywords. Premium and Agency also allow logins from two devices at the same time.
What a year costs
Twelve monthly payments add up to $732 on Basic, $972 on Premium and $1,692 on Agency. The annual prices are $452.40, $632.40 and $1,172.40. The toggle on the pricing page says you save about 35%. Basic and Premium land at or above that, and Agency comes in near 31%.
All three plans include the same five tools, an AI Search Watcher PRO allowance of 500 monitored prompts, and API and MCP access. Mangools doesn't sell KWFinder on its own.
Free plan and refunds
The free plan needs no card and allows five KWFinder lookups every 24 hours, with 15 related and five competitor keywords per lookup. On paid plans, Mangools refunds in full within 48 hours of payment, though not for two consecutive subscriptions. Plans renew automatically, and after you cancel you keep the paid features until the prepaid period ends.
