How we research prices

We use vendors' official pricing pages, help documentation and terms. Pages identify sources and the dates on which figures were checked. Calculators disclose their assumptions; the results are estimates under those assumptions, not quotes. Missing or unpublished prices are not treated as zero.

Published plan prices can exclude taxes, required seats, usage, onboarding, hardware or add-ons. Read the qualifications alongside the result and verify current terms with the vendor before buying. We do not claim hands-on product testing where it has not been performed.

Funding and editorial disclosures

Some sections contain affiliate links and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases or applications. Disclosures appear with the relevant content. Affiliate arrangements do not establish a product's quality or a calculated price. See the software pricing disclosure and business phone disclosure for section-specific details.

Corrections and contact

Use the software pricing contact page or the business phone contact page to report a correction. Include the page URL and the official source that needs checking. Phone price changes and software pricing updates record changes in their respective sections.

A page or dataset's price-check date refers to research on its source figures. A shared navigation or site-structure update does not mean every vendor's price was rechecked.
