Every entry is tagged. price change, plan rename, billing condition, user limit, fee policy and source conflict mean the provider's published page changed, or two of its pages disagree. correction to our data means the provider's page did not change; we had read it wrongly or incompletely, and the entry says what was wrong. Both kinds stay on the record.

Only meaningful changes are recorded: a figure, a plan name, a billing condition, a seat limit, a fee policy. Re-reading a page and finding the same figure updates the confirmation date on the provider's page and nothing here.
