What does enterprise SEO software cost per year?
Summary
Ahrefs is the only major vendor here with a public enterprise price. Its Enterprise plan is $1,499 a month with an annual commitment, so the floor is $17,988 a year. Semrush and SE Ranking quote enterprise pricing case by case, and Conductor and Botify publish capacity tables and feature grids with no dollar figures. For the quote-only products, the public comparison stops at limits, data retention and security certifications.
The one public price
Ahrefs Enterprise includes three users and lets you add as many more as you need at $100 each per month. Five users cost $1,699 a month, or $20,388 a year. That is more than three times the $449 Advanced plan, and the jump buys scale: unverified projects go from 50 to 100, tracked keywords from 5,000 to "from 10,000", monthly crawl credits from 1.5 million to "from 5M", and the page limit per project from 250,000 to 5 million. Enterprise alone lists SSO, access management with an audit log, unlimited historical data and uncapped API access. Ahrefs' enterprise page adds that the company is ISO 27001 certified.
What the quote-only vendors publish
Semrush lists "custom pricing" for Enterprise, with unlimited projects and custom limits, multi-million-page crawling, daily or weekly tracking, and SSO, team governance and audit logs. SE Ranking describes Enterprise as custom limits and pricing, flexible terms and full API access.
Conductor publishes no prices and calls its model usage-based, but it does publish three capacity tiers. Essentials analyzes 1,000 pages and tracks 500 keywords across 3 websites. Growth goes to 25,000 pages, 5,000 keywords and 5 websites. Enterprise starts at 125,000 pages, 60,000 keywords, 10 websites and 75 competitors. Its enterprise page lists SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, along with SSO, multi-factor authentication and role-based access.
Botify publishes a feature grid for five plans (Essential, Accelerate, Growth, Pro and Enterprise) and no prices.
Retention and certifications differ more than features
Botify's grid shows how long each plan keeps data. Log data is kept for 13 months on Essential, Accelerate and Growth, 24 months on Pro and 36 months on Enterprise. Keyword data runs 36, 48 and 72 months on the same tiers. A team that reports year over year needs at least 13 months of history, and one that shows multi-year trends to executives needs more.
Certifications vary too. Conductor lists SOC 2 Type 2 plus two ISO standards, Ahrefs lists ISO 27001, and Botify's data and compliance page mentions GDPR compliance but no SOC 2 or ISO certification. Which of these a procurement review requires decides which vendors are still on the list when the quotes arrive.
