How far does SE Ranking's Core plan go before you need Growth?
Summary
Core costs $129 a month, or $103.20 a month billed annually, and covers ten projects, one manager and 2,000 keywords tracked daily. Growth at $279 triples the projects and seats and lifts daily tracking to 5,000 keywords. If people are the only thing you're short of, extra manager seats start at $16 a month, so three managers on Core start at $161.
What Growth adds
- Projects go from 10 to 30 and manager seats from one to three.
- Daily keyword tracking rises from 2,000 to 5,000, and daily AI prompts from 100 to 250.
- Site audits go from 250,000 pages a month to 2 million, with up to 1 million on a single project.
- Exports rise from 50,000 rows to 100,000.
- Monthly API credits go from 25,000 to 100,000, and both plans include MCP access.
The keyword limit is shared
SE Ranking counts tracked keywords across the whole account. Spread evenly, Core's 2,000 keywords give each of its ten projects 200, while Growth's 5,000 across 30 projects works out to about 167 each. Growth gives you more projects, not more keywords per site.
Extra keywords are sold on top, listed as starting at $22.40 on Core and $32 on Growth. The pricing page doesn't say how many keywords that buys.
Annual billing is paid upfront
The 20% annual discount comes with a single payment for the year: $1,238.40 for Core and $2,678.40 for Growth. The FAQ says quarterly payments on an annual commitment can sometimes be arranged for larger accounts, through sales only.
Two add-ons are annual-only. The Agency Pack costs $69 a month at its 30-project tier and adds 30 view-only client seats, white-label reports and unlimited scheduled reporting. The API add-on starts at $45 a month.
Trial and refunds
The 14-day trial needs no credit card and runs on reduced limits: ten projects, 750 keywords a day and 20 AI prompts a day. There is no permanent free plan.
You can cancel whenever you like. Payments aren't refunded except where the service wasn't delivered as promised or a promotion says otherwise, and features from a higher tier can't be bought one at a time.
