What counts as a client on AgencyAnalytics, and what does each one cost?
Summary
A client on AgencyAnalytics is one website or URL you report on, so a customer with two sites can count as two. Each client costs $20 a month on annual billing, which makes ten clients $200 a month or $2,400 a year. Users are unlimited on both the agency and client side, and the only extras are the Rank Tracker and AI Tracker add-ons.
One client, one website
The pricing page calls a client one business relationship you manage, the unit that used to be called a campaign. The help center is more precise: a client is one website or URL you track metrics for. Most agencies set up one client per site, but a customer with several websites or several Google Business Profiles may need more than one.
There's no minimum, so you can pay for a single client, and no maximum. Agencies with 25 or more clients are pointed to an Enterprise plan with volume discounts.
Annual and monthly rates
The pricing page shows only the annual rate, $20 per client per month, and says annual billing saves 20%. The monthly rate appears in a help center example instead: a monthly subscription for five clients costs $125, or $25 per client. At that rate, ten clients on monthly billing come to $250 a month, against $200 on annual.
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plans lock in the lower rate for a one-year commitment. There's a 14-day trial with no card required and a 30-day money-back guarantee, though the page doesn't say which billing terms the guarantee covers.
Adding, deleting and restoring clients
You can change your client count in billing settings at any time, and the change applies right away. Deleting a client from the dashboard doesn't reduce the bill on its own. If you don't also lower the count in billing, you keep paying for it. Deleted client data stays as it is for 30 days and is permanently removed 30 days after that.
Restoring a client mid-cycle is prorated. In the help center's example, an account on five clients that renews on the 30th restores a sixth on the 15th, pays $12.50 that day and then $150 a month from the next cycle.
Add-ons
Rank Tracker costs $41.67 a month per 500 keywords, billed annually, and covers desktop and mobile rankings on Google and Bing, including local and multi-language tracking. The pricing card says rankings update weekly, while the site's navigation menu says daily. Ten clients with 50 keywords each fill one block, bringing the annual-billing total to $241.67 a month.
AI Tracker, still in beta, tracks mentions in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Claude and others, at $20.83 a month per 250 credits, billed annually. Neither add-on has a monthly-billing price on the pricing page.
The seat fees guide shows what three people cost on Semrush or Ahrefs, where the bill grows with headcount, and the SEO agency software guide puts AgencyAnalytics next to SE Ranking and Ahrefs for a ten-client agency.
