Riibase CRM at $19.95 or $39.95 a month: what does each plan actually cover?

The conclusion first

Riibase is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool: a shared place to keep your contacts, deals and follow-ups, with built-in AI that its home page says scores leads, forecasts revenue and answers questions about your data in plain English. It is run by Riibase LLC, registered in the Sharjah Media City Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates. The pricing page lists three plans, all billed per month in US dollars: Starter at $19.95 for up to 5 users and 500 records, Pro at $39.95 for up to 15 users and 5,000 records, and Enterprise at $99.95 for up to 30 users and unlimited records. The price is for the account, not for each user. For most small teams the number that decides the plan is not the user count but the 500-record limit on Starter, and whether you need API access, which starts on Pro.

These are the figures on the pricing page. Each plan is a flat monthly price for the whole account, so the cost per person falls as you add people: Starter works out to $3.99 a user a month at 5 users ($19.95 ÷ 5), Pro to $2.66 at 15 ($39.95 ÷ 15) and Enterprise to $3.33 at 30 ($99.95 ÷ 30). Over a year the plans cost $239.40, $479.40 and $1,199.40 (12 × the monthly price). The pricing page shows no annual option, and the checkout pages for Starter and Pro are labeled "Monthly plan". The terms say taxes, including VAT, may apply on top.

The 500-record line

On Starter, the limit most likely to bind is 500 records. The pricing page does not define what a record is, and the home page describes contact management as "Unlimited contacts with full history", so check during the trial whether contacts, companies and deals each count toward the 500. If they do, a small team that logs every lead and every deal can reach 500 within months. Moving up to Pro's 5,000 records costs $20 a month more, or $240 a year ($479.40 − $239.40).

The feature list marks API access and custom integrations as not included on Starter and included on Pro. If you plan to connect Riibase to a web form, an e-commerce store or an accounting tool, that alone points to Pro. A dedicated account manager, an SLA guarantee and advanced security features are marked as included only on Enterprise.

Two things the pages do not agree on

The Enterprise price differs between pages. The pricing page shows $99.95 a month; the pricing summary on the home page shows Enterprise as "Custom" and calls the middle plan "Professional". Confirm the Enterprise price in writing before you rely on $99.95.

The trial also comes in two versions. The pricing page offers a "10-day free trial" with "No credit card required" through the sign-up button. The Pro plan card offers a "Free 7-Day Trial", and its checkout page asks for card details before the button that starts the trial. If you start the 7-day version, note the date when the first $39.95 charge would fall.

The discount banner

Every page carries a banner offering 25% off all plans with the coupon code WELCOME25 before December 31, 2026, and the checkout pages have a field for a promo code. The pages do not say whether the 25% applies to the first payment only or to every month. If it applied every month, Starter would cost about $14.96 a month ($19.95 × 0.75) and Pro about $29.96 ($39.95 × 0.75). Section 6 of the terms lets Riibase modify or cancel promotional offers, so check the total on the checkout page before paying.

Refunds, price changes, cancellation and your data

The terms and conditions (effective June 4, 2026) set these rules. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable, and fees may be changed with reasonable prior notice (section 5). The pricing page FAQ says that for the refund policy you should contact Riibase, and that plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with billing "adjusted accordingly". The terms do not describe how to cancel or when the monthly charge renews, so ask where cancellation is done before you pay. After termination, exporting or saving your data is your responsibility, and Riibase may delete it according to its retention policies (section 15); no retention period is stated. You keep ownership of the data you upload (section 7). The terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes going to UAE courts unless otherwise agreed in writing (section 18).

Who should not buy a plan yet

If you are not sure your team needs a CRM at all, start with the symptoms in our article on whether you need one before you pay for any plan. If more than 30 people need their own login, the published plans stop at 30 users, so ask Riibase for a quote first. If you need a contractual support commitment, the SLA guarantee is listed only on Enterprise. And if a refund guarantee matters to your purchase, the terms make fees non-refundable unless otherwise stated, so use the 10-day trial, which needs no card, to test your own data before paying.

What to actually do

Count the people who need a login and estimate how many records you will store in the first year. Up to 5 people, under 500 records and no integrations: Starter, at $19.95 a month. Up to 15 people, more than 500 records, or a need for API access: Pro, at $39.95. Up to 30 people, or a need for an SLA or a dedicated account manager: Enterprise, listed at $99.95, after confirming that price in writing. Start with the 10-day trial that needs no card, and export your data before you ever close the account.
