What does Nextiva cost if you won't sign a 12-month contract?
Summary
Core rises from $15 to $23 per user per month, Engage doubles from $25 to $50, and Scale stays at $75 either way. The lower rates apply only to new small-business customers with 1 to 100 employees who sign a paid term of 12 months or longer. Everyone else, and anyone who wants to pay month to month, gets the higher numbers.
Engage is where the term matters
On the pricing page, the monthly price appears struck through next to the annual one, tagged "Save 35%" on Core and "Save 50%" on Engage. For a 10-person team over a year, Core costs $1,800 on the annual term and $2,760 without it. Engage goes from $3,000 to $6,000. Scale is $9,000 in both cases.
Month to month, the gap between Engage and Scale shrinks to $25 per user. On annual terms it is $50.
What each plan actually includes
Core lists inbound and outbound calling, business texting, video meetings, screen and file sharing, call routing, team chat, and the mobile app. Its texting allowance is 100 messages per user per month. A toll-free number and the ability for customers to text your team are both add-ons.
Engage adds customer-to-team texting, a toll-free number with up to 2,000 minutes, advanced reporting, an inbound call center, and live chat with a chatbot, with 500 texts per user.
Scale adds blended inbound and outbound calling, AI transcription and summaries, and skills-based routing, with unlimited texting and up to 10,000 toll-free minutes.
Where the card and the table disagree
The Engage card lists "Inbound Call Center," but the comparison table further down marks "Built-in call center" as "Add on*" for Engage. The same table shows Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM integrations as an add-on on all three plans, and it gives neither Core nor Engage real-time transcription or AI call notes.
A footnote says some features may involve extra setup, licensing, or usage fees. XBert AI Receptionist is an add-on on every plan with no listed price. Every plan includes 24/7 support. Nextiva offers demos without a credit card, and the page does not mention a free trial.
