Does Grasshopper really charge the same $55 a month whether you have 3 users or 30?

What the three plans include
True Solo costs $14 a month for one user, one number, and one extension. Solo Plus is $25 with unlimited users, one number, and three extensions. Small Business is $55 with unlimited users, four numbers, and unlimited extensions.
Those prices come from a table in Grasshopper's blog post dated January 9, 2026. The pricing page itself advertises plans "starting at just $14/month, billed annually" and shows a monthly/annual toggle marked "Annual savings over 20%." That settles $14 as an annual-billing price. The blog table doesn't say which billing cycle the $25 and $55 figures use.
Every plan includes unlimited calls and business texting, apps for iOS, Android, and desktop, voicemail transcription, call forwarding, and custom greetings. Porting your current number is free, and the blog says there are no long-term contracts and no setup charges.

Solo Plus stays at $25 for any number of users, but it includes three extensions. Giving a fourth person their own extension means buying an add-on extension or moving to Small Business, which more than doubles the bill, from $25 to $55.
Add-ons that change the math
Grasshopper's homepage prices extra extensions at $3 a month each and extra phone numbers at $9 a month each. International calling is also an add-on: you choose an international calling plan.
Who can sign up
Opened from outside North America, the pricing page says "Currently Grasshopper is available only in the USA and Canada." A 7-day free trial is available with no credit card.
