Is Vonage's 30% discount still available, or is the offer already over?
Summary
The pricing page doesn't give a clear answer. It still shows the 30%-off prices under a "12-MONTH PROMOTION" label, but both sets of fine print end with "Offer valid through January 31, 2026." The terms also disagree on how long the discount lasts and on whether monthly plans qualify. For a comparison, use the standard prices: $19.99 per line per month for Mobile, $29.99 for Premium, and $39.99 for Advanced, all before taxes and fees.
Two sets of terms on one page
The "See terms" pop-up next to the prices says:
- A minimum one-year contract applies to new accounts.
- The 30% discount lasts "for the duration of the service."
- Canceling during the contract term triggers early termination fees.
The general terms lower on the page say something narrower:
- The one-year minimum applies to new annual accounts only.
- The 30% discount is for annual contracts only; "Monthly contracts are not eligible."
- Monthly contracts carry no early termination fee, but there are no refunds on cancellation.
Both agree that the discount covers only monthly recurring voice extension charges on online purchases of up to 99 lines, and not add-ons, features, hardware, or one-time charges. Both say early termination fees on a contract "can range up to the total price of your service contract." Neither gives a later expiry date than January 31, 2026.
Prices by company size
An employee slider on the page runs from 1 to 1000+, and the per-line price steps down with size. At standard rates Mobile goes from $19.99 to $14.99, Premium from $29.99 to $24.99, and Advanced from $39.99 to $34.99. The largest segment shows "Contact sales" instead of a price.
Features by plan
Mobile covers the desktop and mobile apps, unlimited domestic calling, SMS and MMS, and voicemail. Desk phones start at Premium, which also adds video meetings for up to 200 participants, team messaging, the VBC App Center with more than 20 integrations, and single sign-on. Advanced adds on-demand call recording capped at 15 hours a month, visual voicemail with transcription, and call groups.
One main local number is included for the life of the account. Unlimited calls and texts are subject to reasonable-use terms, and Campaign Registry fees apply to the business registration US texting requires. The page offers no free trial for the phone service.
