Is Verizon Business Digital Voice really $20 a line?

Only the first line, and only with Fios. The offer details say the $20 rate applies to the first line on a Fios Business Internet plan of 300/300 Mbps or faster, with each additional line at $25. Voice-only service is $35 a line and adds a $99.99 activation fee, $200 for installation, and a required phone purchase starting at $85.

So three bundled lines cost $20 + $25 + $25 = $70 a month, not $60. The same three lines without Fios are $105.
If you sign the two-year term
Leaving early costs 35% of the base monthly charges for the months left. The term renews automatically at then-current rates unless you cancel within 30 days before or 60 days after renewal. Promotional internet and voice pricing is guaranteed for 12, 24, 36, or 60 months depending on the speed tier, then goes up $10 a month.
Voice only, five lines, two years
The voice-only offer is for new customers with 100 voice lines or fewer in select areas, subject to credit review. Five lines over 24 months:
- Service: $35 x 5 x 24 = $4,200
- Activation and installation: $99.99 + $200 = $299.99
- Five of the cheapest phones: $85 x 5 = $425
That is $4,924.99 before taxes and fees, and before any inside wiring, which Verizon bills separately.
Phone discount on the bundle
New Fios Internet and BDV bundles on a two-year agreement get $85 off select IP phones as a bill credit, limited to one discount per phone model. The offer runs through December 31, 2026.
Features
Verizon lists more than 45 calling features, including call forwarding, hunt groups, an auto attendant, call park, shared call appearance, visual voicemail, on-hold announcements, and web portals for administrators and users. During a power outage at the office, the cloud side can reroute calls to a preset number. Call detail is not provided for unlimited calling.
