The answer flips on size. At 1 seat Microsoft Teams Phone is cheaper per seat; at 50 seats Vonage Business Communications is. Minimum seat counts, user allowances and the plan each provider makes you move to are why.
The plan changes as the team grows. Vonage Business Communications moves to Mobile (1–4 lines) at 1 seat, then Mobile (20–99 lines) at 25 seats. The figures above already price the plan you would actually be on at each size, not the entry plan stretched past its cap.
Only one of these publishes a monthly-billing rate. Vonage Business Communications does; Microsoft Teams Phone does not, so what monthly billing costs there is not knowable from its page.
Only one side's price carries taxes and fees. Microsoft Teams Phone states that the price includes communication taxes and fees; Vonage Business Communications says taxes and fees are added separately, without saying how much.
